Day 16, Part 2
Cactus is beautiful, especially when it’s blooming. The needles are sharp and hurt as they pierce your clothes or feet if you accidentally bring them inside on your shoes.

Day 16, Part 1
One more night and we are out of here!
Without access to water and a bathroom, we follow dispersed camping rules.
Bathroom Essentials: Dig a hole at least 6 inches, go to the bathroom in the hole and then put the dirt back into the hole. Thank you Connie for giving us the potty seat to help us with this.

We had 1 day with a sponge bath with warm water and we washed our hair. Other than that, it has been the daily usage of wipes for bathing. We are looking forward to a shower tomorrow and indoor plumbing!

Sewing a zipper for the screen that is used on the barn doors. It iprovides UV protective and keeps out the bugs.
